HF Studio defaults participant records to de-identified study identifiers and does not require personally identifiable participant information. Operational logs and provider metadata are designed to exclude project narratives and unnecessary sensitive content.

This implementation-ready placeholder is not an approved Privacy Policy or Data Processing Agreement. The owner must publish jurisdiction-appropriate controller/processor details, purposes, retention, subprocessors, rights, contact methods, and effective dates before accepting customer data.
